Please read these terms of use (“agreement”) carefully before using the services offered by 1.Chat(“company”). by visiting the website or using the services, you agree that you have read, understood and agree and accept to be bound by and a party to the terms and conditions of this agreement to the exclusion of all other terms. If you do not unconditionally agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you have no right to use the services.

Eligibility for Use

  • Restrictions for Minors

    We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 or allow them to register for our services. If you are under 13 years old, please do not attempt to register or submit any personal information to us (including name, address, phone number, or email). If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without verification, we will delete it promptly.   • User Guarantees

    You affirm that:

    • You have reached the legal age of majority, possess the capacity to enter into contracts, and are not legally prohibited from using the services;

    • The registration information you provide is true and accurate;

    • You will maintain the accuracy of your information. You confirm that your use of the services complies with legal requirements, and you accept responsibility for any related liabilities.

    This agreement is void in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law, and access to the services in such regions will be revoked.

Product Ordering

  • Order Eligibility: By placing an order through the service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

User Information

  • When making a payment, you are required to provide information including your name, email, and phone number.

  • You guarantee:

    • The payment method used is legal and valid;

    • The information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

    By submitting the information, you authorize us to provide it to third-party payment processing agencies to complete the order.

Order Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:

    • product out of stock

    • product description or price error

  • Handling of Misconduct: If user behavior violates the terms (such as manipulating payment status, maliciously repeatedly canceling orders, exploiting system vulnerabilities for profit, violating the single account principle by sharing/reselling accounts), we have the right to immediately terminate or suspend their purchasing eligibility and service usage rights, and may not issue refunds. We will assess each case individually to maintain a fair environment.

Accuracy of Product Information

  • Product information (price, images, specifications, stock, etc.) may have discrepancies due to delayed updates. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

Pricing Policy

  • The company reserves the right to modify prices before accepting payment. If price changes occur due to uncontrollable factors such as government policies, tariffs, logistics costs, or exchange rates, you may cancel the payment.

Payment

  • WeChat QR code payment is supported. Payment bills can be viewed in WeChat, and the platform does not display bills publicly.

Refund Policy

  • Review Process: After submitting a refund request, you will be notified of the review result via email within 48 hours. Failure to cooperate in a timely manner will result in a failed refund.

  • Past Refund Users: If you have received a refund before, subsequent requests may be rejected.

Promotional Activities

  • Promotion rules may conflict with these terms, and the specific activity rules will take precedence.

User Account

  • You need to provide accurate and up-to-date account information. If your password is leaked or your account exhibits abnormal activity, you must notify us immediately. Multiple accounts or violations of fair use policies are prohibited, and violators may have their data erased and accounts banned.

Combating Illegal Third-Party Behavior

  • Prohibited Behaviors: Payments through unofficial channels, account sharing/reselling, or using technical means to bypass security measures are prohibited. Violators will be banned, illegal gains will be canceled, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.

  • Appeal Channel: If your account is mistakenly handled, please contact contact@1.chat

Content Management

  • Content Rights: You are responsible for the content you create and grant us the right to use, modify, and publicly display it. You retain ownership of the content and must ensure its legality.

  • Content Restrictions: Posting illegal, infringing, discriminatory, spam, or virus content is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove violating content or restrict accounts.

  • Content Backup: Regular backups are performed, but zero data loss is not guaranteed. Users are advised to back up their data themselves.

Respect Intellectual Property

  • Infringement Complaints: Complaints must be submitted to contact@1.chatand include:

    • the signature of the copyright owner

    • a description of the infringing content

    • the location of the infringing material

    • contact information and a truthful statement

  • Repeat infringers will have their service terminated.

Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by this platform (including but not limited to text, graphics, software code, interface design, databases, product information, and service documentation), its copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights belong to the company or relevant rights holders. Without written authorization, no user may copy, modify, disseminate, display, or use it for commercial purposes.

  • Content generated by users through this platform (such as orders, reviews, Q&A, etc.) ("User Content"), its copyright belongs to the user. However, the user hereby grants the company a global, non-exclusive, free, and sublicensable license, allowing the company to use, store, display, modify, and disseminate such content for operational and promotional purposes.

  • Users must not upload, publish, or disseminate any information that infringes on others' copyrights (such as pirated content, unauthorized translations, plagiarized text, etc.). If third-party claims arise due to user behavior, the user shall bear the legal responsibility and compensation.

  • Users must not perform reverse engineering, crawling, scraping, or use other technical means to illegally obtain data from this platform.

  • If a rights holder believes that the content on this platform infringes their copyright, they can send a written notice (including the infringing link, proof of ownership, and contact information) to the copyright email: contact@1.chat

  • Upon receiving a valid complaint, the company will delete the infringing content or disconnect the link within 5 working days and handle it in accordance with the "Information Network Dissemination Rights Protection Regulations." Malicious complainants will bear legal responsibility.

  • The company does not assume the obligation to pre-review content disseminated by users through this platform but promises to take necessary measures after being informed.

  • Intellectual property disputes caused by government policies, judicial rulings, or technical restrictions may exempt the company from related responsibilities.

Third-Party Links

  • We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites, and the risk of access is borne by the user.

Agreement Termination

  • In case of breach, the company may terminate the account immediately. After termination, the right to use the service will also be terminated.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer: The service is provided "as is," without guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or absolutely secure operation.

  • Limitation of Liability: Except as required by law, the company is not responsible for indirect losses (such as loss of profit, data loss, etc.), and the total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user in the past 3 months.

  • Disputes must first be negotiated through contact@1.chat

  • Term Updates: Modifications will be notified 30 days in advance, and continued use will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
